Forever Shine Clinic is committed to maintaining high standards of care and client satisfaction. In line with professional practice, the following policy applies to all cosmetic and semi-permanent treatments:

1. Review Requirement

All concerns must be raised within 7 days of treatment. Clients must attend an in-person assessment before any refund or corrective action is considered. Assessments allow accurate evaluation of healing, pigment retention, and outcome quality.

2. Corrective Opportunity

Our policy prioritizes correction or touch-up as the first course of action. A refund may only be considered if, after corrective efforts, the client remains dissatisfied.

3. Refund Method and Fees

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. For payments made through Afterpay or other financing platforms, the clinic reserves the right to deduct non-recoverable processing fees.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued for change of mind, natural variations in healing, or non-compliance with aftercare instructions.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date above will be updated accordingly.
